One scientific and technological achievement of tire industry jointly developed by Link-Asia was identified as the international leading level

On February 9, 2023,the tire industry experts organized by China Rubber Industry Association appraised the scientific and technological achievements of six innovative projects provided by Prinx Chengshan (Shandong) Tire Co., Ltd. in Rongcheng city, Shandong.

Among them, after the comprehensive evaluation of the “Research and development of TBR multi-drum tire building machine project” jointly developed by Link-Asia, the members of the expert committee agreed that this project has reached the international leading level. 

t is reported that in the “Research and development of TBR multi-drum tire building machine project”, Link-Asia undertook the development of the intelligent flexible tread hot-application production technology for TBR tires for the first time in tire industry. The intelligent control of tread parameters and high-speed molding technology can be done through the theoretical analysis and modeling of the new flexible hot-application system of tread rubber strips. The innovation of the project is remarkable, and the feedback of downstream users is good. It has significant economic and social benefits.
