Two innovative scientific and technological achievements by LINK-ASIA have been identified as international advanced level

On February 20, 2023, 11 industry experts organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation appraised the scientific and technological achievements of the "Tire nitrogen vulcanization & electric heating technology and equipment" and "Automatic tire mute material fitting technology and equipment" developed by LINK-ASIA independently.

The appraisal meeting of scientific and technological achievements was hold by Mr. Wang Yimin, director of the National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. Mr. Zhu Dawei, a professor-level senior engineer of the National Tire and Rim Standardization Committee, served as the group leader of the "Tire nitrogen vulcanization & electric heating technology and equipment". Mr. Li Heping, a professor-level senior engineer of the Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., served as the group leader of the "Automatic tire mute material fitting technology and equipment".

After investigation, inquiry, data review and evaluation, the expert committee members believed that the scientific and technological achievements of "Tire nitrogen vulcanization & electric heating technology and equipment" could replace the traditional vulcanization process. The tire can be vulcanized without steam. Outstanding energy-saving and carbon reduction can be realized. The tire vulcanization quality can be effectively improved. This equipment and technology have broad market prospects. At the same time, it is believed that the scientific and technological achievements of "Automatic tire mute material fitting technology and equipment" have the characteristics of full automation and high precision, which can break through the technical blockade of foreign high-end tire equipment.

After appraisal, the experts of committee agreed that the two scientific and technological achievements of "Tire nitrogen vulcanization & electric heating technology and equipment" and "Automatic tire mute material fitting technology and equipment" have filled the domestic gap. The technology has reached the international advanced level.
